LCM shaker screens for shakers

LCM series shale shaker are NOV Brandt shaker. Including the LCM-2D and LCM-3D shakers. They are different design with different shaker screens. What is difference then?

LCM 2D shaker is fit with hook strap screen sized about 1150x910mm. Furthermore, such screen is also suitable for LM shaker. It can replace screen for Brandt LM shale shaker

LCM-3D shaker will be fit with framed shaker screen. It is interchangeable with King Cobra series screen or VENOM shaker screen. Presently, there are steel frame screen and composite frame screen.

LCM-2D shaker screen

As we talked just now, LCM-2D screen is hook strap one. It can be soft hook strap or hard hook strap with steel back plate. Presently, they are all flat type. The hole can be square, hexagonal or rectangle one.

It will be tensioned by hook and bolts. According to clients’ preference, the hook side on screen panel can be just right angle or C type

LCM-3D shaker screens

LCM-3D screen panels is interchangeable with King Cobra, ATL shaker screens and so on. They are framed screen panel compressed by wedge block. Either steel framed or composite framed is more convenient to install and uninstall.

LCM-3D shaker screen can be designed with plate punched with square hole, or the hexagonal holes similar as King Cobra and Venom panel. Besides common hexagonal holes, Aipu can produce another hexagonal hole with different sides
