How to pack shaker screens?

How to pack shaker screens is an important mean to protect screen and prevent any damage during handling or transportation. How to pack them then? Many clients will ask us, even some manufacturer don’t know how to pack shaker screens lead the least possibility of damage.

Different shaker screens will be packed in different ways. But generally, there are poly wood box and pallets. For hook strap screens we usually pack them as 2 panels per carton if no special requirements from clients. And the framed ones will be packed as 1 panel per carton.

For corrugated screen panels, we’ll usually pack 2~3 panels per carton. The 48×30 pyramid panel will be packed as 3 pcs per carton. For convenient loading and transportation we will put 9~25 cartons on pallet or box. Commonly, per package will contain 18~30 panels screen. Of course, we can pack them according to clients’ preference

But these common packages will protect screen well and easy to be loaded in container with most quantity screens.

How to pack shaker screens correctly?

Please firstly consider the protection function. Keep screens out of crush or collision as most as possible. Then, consider the whole dimension, weight for shipment

Pack shaker screens-box

Before putting screen panel in carton, please make sure tags are clear and correct. Then make cartons tidy and tight to avoid screen panel slid or drop easily. Pile up cartons evenly on pallet or box. If put cartons in box, please set a plastic cloth to cover all sides to protect screens out of humid air. If handle them on pallet, please bundle them well and finally cover all items with plastic film to achieve similar result.

Pack shaker screens of hook strap type, we kindly suggest use poly wood box for better protection. For steel framed ones, the pallet is more convenient for handling and checking quantity, detail of screen.
