Replacement Vortex screen detail

Presently, the main screens for Vortex shaker are all interchangeable for every Orbital shaker. The only difference on shaker or screen is the total screen area. For example, one Orbital 3000 screen holds 30 sq.ft shaker screen. While triple one will be 90 sq.ft

Furthermore, the Orbital shaker combined with desilter cones is the mud cleaner of Vortex fluids system. Mud cleaner is fit with same screen as Orbital shaker

Different capacity demand in different drilling condition will request different screen mesh size or combination. The different layers configuration with size and wire diameter will lead certain performance

For example, if we use shale shaker for horizontal drilling then we need a shaker to remove high solids content from mud. The shaker screens should be more durable with thicker wire diameter or larger conductance. Optimal solutions will be always resulted from practical operation
