Hunter-MG shale shakers features

It’s linear motion shaker with higher flow rate. The shaker screens are installed by the wedge blocks. That makes screens easy to install and uninstall.  And screen panels are interchangeable with original Mongoose series screen. The panels can be steel framed or composite framed as per clients’ preference

The motors are usually Martin brand for better performance and service. Whole shaker body will be heat treated to avoid cracking during vibration

Main profile or sheets for shaker will be cut by the laser cutting machine. It helps to keep the accuracy and better appearance. Any of shaker you ordered will be supplied along with extra-long guarantee up to 24 months after delivery or 18 month after operation whichever comes first

What detail specification of Hunter-MG series shaker?

There are Hunter-MG3 and Hunter-MG4. Screens area is about2.04- 2.73m². The flow rate is 484GPM and 616GPM. Amplitude is double 5~6mm. For common use the vibration strength can be up to 7.0G. The motor power is 1.72 or 1.84kw and driven by 2 motors

Weight of whole Hunter-MG4 assembly is about 1500kg and volume is about 6.6CBM. It’s compact with small foot print design. We know shale shaker is suggested with proper weight but not too heavy for better filtration efficiency and performance
