Cutting tanks design

The cuttings tank certainly can be designed variously as the clients’ demand vary much. But the bottom and general dimensions are same. For example, the tanks can be designed with corrugated plate thicks 8mm. Another proposal is the tanks designed with wall thicks 6mm. And the height can be different. For example, we Aipu produce mainly 2 model drilling cutting box. One is 2200x1600x1060mm, another is 3500x1600x1650mm.

Furthermore, the cuttings tank door on top can be different with various sealing gasket and switch. Complete unit should be marine usage adaptable. For the lifting rings/holes, should be all certified and tested by qualified third party to get marine qualification. The bottom should be configured with fork hole for convenient loading or unloading.

For convenient transportation and piling up all tanks for one user should be completely same on dimension, specification, loading capacity, etc. We just got an potential order on about 100 drilling cutting boxes.
