Urethane screen is also referred to polyurethane shaker screen. Presently, for Derrick shaker, there are hook strip polyurethane screen with thin thickness and aperture sized 0.075mm, 0.1mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 2mm, and so on

Another type urethane screen is the urethane screen with thicker thickness similar as framed screen but it is a complete panel fabricated by polyurethane material with opening sized 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, and so on. Such opening are usually line shape or rectangular shape.

Between the holes or lines, there will be blocked panel as the manufacture technique and quality requirements. The panel urethane screen will be pressed by wedge block for more stable installation even under high vibration strenght
