What is difference between SWECO 4x3 shaker screen and NOV Brandt 4x3 shaker? The main difference is the dimension/size of shaker screen.
But they both are hook strap screens. We can make them as non-bonded hook strap saker screen, or plastic back screen panel, also the steel back screen. The plastic-back hook strap screen also referred to as "bonded screen panel". The screen is made by melting a plastic grid into the layers of screen cloth.
Such shaker screen popular sizes are from API 6 to API 120. And usually, Aipu will provide the metal back hook strap screen as such screens are more durable and reliable than non-bonded or bonded screen panel. Of course, according to users' preference we'll provide optional types.
Actually, we find 4x3 replacement shaker screen of SWECO is also suitable for M-I SWACO ALS shaker. So we can interchange them freely depends on actual demand
