Framed screen corners mean internal and external corner. If the screen is composite frame we won't face any sharp edge or the diagonal welding. The tubes and edge are under composite material

The steel frame screen panel, there is the problem of tube opening exposure. We found almost original screen hold tube opening exposure on each corner. However, such welding may cause 2 issues.
