Framed screen corners mean internal and external corner. If the screen is composite frame we won't face any sharp edge or the diagonal welding. The tubes and edge are under composite material
The steel frame screen panel, there is the problem of tube opening exposure. We found almost original screen hold tube opening exposure on each corner. However, such welding may cause 2 issues. One is the drilling fluid may fluid into the tube and increase screen weight. Another is somebody may insert finger into tube and lead hurt

How to select screen corner?
Up to your preference. If you prefer the better appearance on whole panel, especially on surface plate, kindly suggest the common welding. If you think the appearance is not an issue than weight and safety, we can use the diagonal welding
