Repairable shaker screens

There are hundreds of different makes and models shaker screen. To repair shaker screen we have to confirm the screen panel types.  The hard hook strap scree, framed screen are almost repairable. Such as the 48-30 screen panels, the FLC500 series scree, the Cobra series screen, Mongoose screen, and so on

Repairable shaker screens

Repair is achieved by repair plug. The plugs can be a small block, or a small piece plate. If anywhere on the screen surface is broken, we can clear the screen surrounding broken hole then insert plug on punched hole. Anyhow, plugs should be blocked steadily to avoid loose or drilling mud leakage during operation

Repair tools for screen

There are plugs, hammer, glove, etcetera. Plugs vary per punching hole on plate. Such as rectangular, square, and hexagonal. And plugs inserting measures vary per screen panel design

Please find picture as your reference. The composite framed panel can be repaired by plug block. The hook strap and steel framed can be repaired by special plate with a groove.
